Our Designations Our first priority is helping you take care of yourself and your family. In order to do so, we want to make sure we have received the best resources and training to not only help you, but exceed your expectations. Through the following designations, we have done just that. CFF - Certified Financial Fiduciary CFF is a professional designation for financial professionals, namely, those who have successfully completed a rigorous certification and training process established by NACFF and AFEA (The American Financial Education Alliance), and who agree to uphold the highest moral, ethical, and fiduciary standards of service when providing advice to potential or existing clients. CFP - Certified Financial Planner For more than 30 years, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification has been the standard of excellence for financial planners. CFP® professionals have met extensive training and experience requirements, and commit to CFP Board's ethical standards that require them to put their clients' interests first. That's why partnering with a CFP® professional gives consumers confidence today and a more secure tomorrow. CEPA - Certified Exit Planning Advisor The Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential is for professional advisors who want to effectively engage more business owners. Through the process of Exit Planning (the Value Acceleration Methodology), owners can build more valuable companies, have stronger personal financial plans, and align their personal goals. Earning CEPA doesn’t change your expertise, it enhances your ability to engage business owners and has value-added conversations around growth and exit. AWMA - Accredited Wealth Management Advisor The AWMA® designation program for financial professionals provides them with what they need to help clients capitalize on opportunities to preserve, grow, and transfer their wealth. The program contains sections dedicated to behavioral finance, working with small business owners, and succession and exit planning. There is also an entire focus specifically dedicated to the fiduciary and regulatory issues that advisors will encounter. The certification is also listed by FINRA, which is a private, self-regulatory organization that regulates certain aspects of the securities industry. AIF - Accredited Investment Fiduciary The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation is a professional certification that demonstrates an advisor or other person serving as an investment fiduciary has met certain requirements to earn and maintain the credential. The purpose of the AIF® Designation is to assure that those responsible for managing or advising on investor assets have a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary duty, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary, and a process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility.
